Hi everybody

 I have tried to paint tulips, but My tulips look like a mess, but i am going to paint a simple g clef. I have listened to Puccini and Mozart lately and Mark Knopfler. When i choose rock music to listen to, i try to find something original. Bob Dylan is a brilliant poet, but i think his music is awful. And then There is THE best of THE best - Freddie Mercury and THE Queen. I do not like pop music that much. Michael Jackson is too kliché and i do not have a Taste for Prince. All THE songs by Abba sounds THE same or they are similar.You can hear THE diffrence .between " radio Gaga" and "it's a kind of music" by Queen, but songs like "super trouper" and "Mamma Mia" by ABBA are too similar.  But rock and heavy metal has to be melodic. So therefor i do not listen to Ozzy, black sabbath, Motörhead and that kind of music.

Mark Knopfler is himself and He writes what He thinks and what He feels and i really like that. He is a kind of musician who could write a song about the corruption in the food industry.

 Lady Gaga thinks more of how popular she is.


And then of cuorse i like some finnish artists, like Hector or Eppu Normaali, not all the songs, but some of it.



I just want to write that i like Amy Winehouse's voice, she had a very good voice.

Hi everybody

 I have since i was a child Bern interessert in health relaterade issues, well i am not professional and i wish sometimes i knew biochemistry, which is very complcated. But here i have some healthy advice about how to Keep a healthy weight, which i try to follow myself. Here are My topp three health advice, which i have learned from experts and easy to follow.

1 Sleep at least eight hours Every Night too less Sleep causes weight gain.
2. Drink plenty of water, about 6-8 glasses of water daily this improves your metabolism.

3 Do not buy Any food home you know Will gain your weight, like Candy, crisps, ice cream, cakes, cookies, sodas, energyclass drinks, butter, cream and THE list goes on and on.

I had to leave all kinds of groceries at THE supermarket, for example full fat yoghurt, well i eat yoghurt twice a Month and butter i have left completely, i Love butter and i know if i had butter in My Fridge, i could not stop eating it.

Hi everybody!!!

 I do not mean that it is not important to try to live healthy. You can prevent Many illnesses with a healthy life style. But to live healthy is not a guarantee for not becoming seriously sick, like THE health gurus sound like.


Now back to My favorite topic- music and art. I have written an invention, which i have to finish in a week, it does not remind me of Bach at all, this reminds me more of Mendelsohn somehow.

Of all THE composers i have listened to during all THE years, i think i have listened to THE danish composer Carl Nielsen more Than Any of THE other composers. I have listened  a lot to Beethoven,Chopin, Sibelius, but i have listened much more to this Carl Nielsen, i have CD s by Nielsen in My car ,that is why i have listened so much to this Dane, his music is exotic.

Lately i have listened to Rautavaara, Satie and Chopin.

Some of Rautavaara s music sounds like birds are singing, what instruments has He uses to create that, i Wonder. Hmm


And i have Also listened to Dire Straits, Mark Knopfler is One of THE kind. My favorite musician is  Eddie van Halen. He is a genius.

And i have Tried to learn how to paint tulips, but it is difficult.

Hi again

I remember when i was a child i created My own way to do things. I jumped the stairs downstairs by jumping 7-10 stairs down in One step or jump. I simply grabbed the banister om the both sides of THE stairs and leaned My Body forwards to THE middle of THE stairs downwards and then i somehow lifted  my Petite Body over THE stairs downwards, 7-10 stairs at THE same Time. But THE stairs were narrow with banisters om the each Side.


Nowadays you get this extreme health propaganda everywhere. I mean like"be a vegan, eat No sugar and not to much satturated fat,No smoking, No coffee, No alcohol. Exersize an hour per Day, detox your Body and do some juice fasting and bla, bla"


 I am not a vegetarian and i live health, because i don't Smoke or use nicotine products and i eat oat every Day. And soon i want to learn how to make oatmilk for breakfast, and then My brakfast Will be vegan,because it is much Cheaper to make oatmilk Than to buy  cowmilk. But i do not like anything extreme.



And if you do not feel Good and you suffer from depression, it is as damaging as Many physical illnesses. And veganism and all THE bla,bla can not cure clinical depression or bipolar disorder for example. Often forgotten in this health propaganda  we are overwhelmed with.
